WindStopper™ is a soft nylon knit laminated to a thin layer of Teflon.®  It is 100% windproof and breathable. Only 1/100" thick, it produces a microclimate of air next to the body, keeping the temperature and humidity constant and offering twice the effective insulation of an ordinary sweater. Comfortable both indoors and out.
